These terms govern use of this website and, together with the subscription agreement or order form signed with an institution, the Education OS platform.
Accounts
Institutions are responsible for the users they invite, the roles they assign and keeping login details confidential.
Institution data
Institutions own the data they enter. We use it only to provide and support the service as described in our Data Processing & Security page.
Acceptable use
Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Fees
Subscription fees, billing periods and taxes are set out in the institution's order form. Cancellation and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Any service levels are those agreed in writing with the institution.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the institution's agreement. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at To be confirmed have jurisdiction.
