This applies to Education OS subscriptions. The institution's order form prevails if it says otherwise.

Cancellation

An institution owner can cancel by writing to us. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Specific refund terms (for example any trial or onboarding period) will be stated in the order form. Where a refund is approved it is paid to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days.

Fees paid to institutions

Fees paid by parents or students to an institution are handled by that institution. Please contact the institution for refunds of school or course fees.
